Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing before shipment. This timeframe allows us to carefully prepare, package, and fulfill your order.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping carrier. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is on the way.
Preorder Items
If your order includes a preorder item, please refer to our Preorder Policy for extended production timelines. Orders containing preorder items may ship once all items are ready.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
Delays
While we strive to meet all processing and shipping timelines, delays may occur due to high order volume or carrier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. The Outpour is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered, The Outpour is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

At The Outpour, each piece is created with intention, care, and purpose. Some items are offered as preorder to allow for limited, thoughtful production.
What Preorder Means
Preorder items are not held in inventory. Your order secures your piece before it is produced.
Processing & Production Time
Preorder items typically require 2–4 weeks for production before shipping. Please note that this timeframe may vary slightly depending on production volume. We will always keep you informed of any significant updates.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
Limited Releases
Many preorder items are released in limited quantities. Once preorder capacity is reached, the item may not be restocked.
All Sales Final
Due to the made-to-order nature of preorder items, all preorder purchases are final sale. We are unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once your order has been placed.
